Renée George is a multidisciplinary writer, creative director, and producer with 15+ years of experience across music, film, and editorial. She was the Creative Director at Grammy-winning labels including Diplo’s Mad Decent and Interscope-Geffen-A&M, leading artist-driven campaigns and creative strategy spanning over a decade.
Some of her film projects include “Be A Ballerina” (Nike spec spot) which earned over 12 international film festival awards, her recent short film Terminal To Stage (writer, director) and Gold Hearts of Hot Rod County (supervising producer) which premiered at the Beverly Hills Film Festival in 2025. She is actively developing new film and TV projects and is in the process of launching her film imprint, Ishtar Pictures.
Renée is also VP, Creative at TMWRK, where she leads creative for artists like Diplo, DJ Shadow, DRAMA, Say She She, Diplo’s Run Club and many others. She recently directed Major Lazer & M.I.A.’s Where’s the Daddy music video and was the creative producer on Dillon Francis’s LA Is On Acid, which won the SXSW Audience Award in 2024.
